A variety of food trucks will serve up everything from Japanese cuisine and barbecue to burgers, hot dogs and sweet treats during Food Truck Friday at Grainger County Park on Friday, September 4. This month’s lineup includes Farmhouse Goodies and Treats, Fat Boyz Smok’n Shak, Gohan Japanese Grill, Buford’s Spuds & Burgers, Diggity Hot Dogs and Hungry Monkey.
